Category Shipping:

Due to federal regulations we can only ship kraut and kraut items within the province of Alberta at this time.

Order Processing:


Orders are prepared and shipped out within 2-7 business days.

Shipping:

Currently we only ship orders within Canada. For international shipping inquiries please fill out our contact form.
If your item was damaged upon reception please email us directly with photos of the damaged parcel/items so we may remit them for a replacement.

Delivery:

Our free delivery zone includes: Calgary, Langdon, Airdrie, Okotoks, Canmore, Strathmore, Balzac, Cochrane, Mossleigh, Carseland. If you are not sure whether your location is included in our free area please contact us before placing your order. If you choose one of our monthly delivery dates during checkout, your item will be hand delivered to your door on the date requested. You will receive an email from us to confirm the requested delivery.

Pickup:

Orders that are placed choosing a pickup location, will require an email confirmation that your order is READY. You will need to inform us of the date of pickup after receiving this email for us to place your order out for contactless pickup. We do not have a retail location so you must have email confirmation of your order being ready for pickup before you arrive.
